What do you do when you want to maintain a vintage (race)car, but the parts are no longer available?

What do you do when original parts turn out to be
unusable for racing purposes?

Simple: produce new parts!

The above principles may play down our engineering and manufacturing, but this is what Roelofs Parts revolves around.

Roelofs Parts is a Dutch Company that specialises in reproducing parts for historic- and racecars; Ferrari's in particular.

In 1979 Piet Roelofs established Roelofs Engineering BV. When certain parts for classic Italian exotics became rare he (originally an engineer) started to reproduce parts to keep the customers vehicles running: Roelofs Parts was born!

During the years Roelofs Parts developed into an independent and advanced company. Using a 3D-CADCAM system for engineering a product the final price can be fully calculated after the design is finished. Applying the CADCAM data on our 5-axis milling machine produces parts of a very close tolerance.

The company engineers and produces new parts in small batches. Based on reverse engineering, utilising our extensive knowledge and experience a variety of parts can be reproduced. The most modern production techniques make it possible to improve parts without changing the original appearance.

The speciality of Roelofs Parts lies in a large range of skills. Producing castings in cast-iron, cast-steel, aluminium and even magnesium/electron. Manufacturing the patterns for these castings is done on the in house CNC milling machine: this gives high precision and insures short production times. Parts machined from solid materials and forgings are a part of the possibilities as well.

If a part you require for your historic (race)car is no longer available or manufactured, we will be pleased to look into the possibilities of manufacturing the part. This can be done exclusively for you or perhaps we can find more people that are looking for the same part. Don't hesitate to contact us and see what we can do for you.
